Holly graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011 with a BSc (HONS) in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2014 she achieved an MSc in Sports Therapy and hasn’t looked back since.
Holly works with all age groups, sporting backgrounds, and physical abilities. She uses a wide range of treatments to help clients resolve, manage and prevent further injury occurrence. Holly's aim is to ensure you reach your personal goal, whether that is to solve a simple issue, regain full fitness, strengthen specific muscles or assess an on-going issue.
She is currently working with the Great Britain sports acrobatics gymnastics team (King Edmunds gymnastics club), and the successful College dance school, The Big Act. Previously, she has worked with Gloucester rugby for the 2014-15 season and has also had the opportunity to work alongside the younger athletes with the GB U14 Ice hockey girls, Gloucester rugby academy and Filton College, delivering high quality pitch side first aid, sports injury assessments and treatment.
